New marketing and company orientation
In the course of the new marketing orientation the company name was changed from “F.X. Stöhr GmbH & Co. Armaturenwerk KG” into “STÖHR ARMATUREN GmbH & Co. KG
In December 2005 the former partner “ M/s. Georg Schünemann GmbH” retired. The Managing Directors, Mr. Manfred Jochum and Mr. Stephan Roters are now the only partners and shareholders.
Partner Mr. Manfred Jochum becomes the 100 % shareholder of the company J & F Group GmbH & Co. KG starting January 1st, 2006. Before he was a 50 % shareholder. The J & F Group has been working very successfully in the sectors of surface treatment, industrial installations, production of pneumatic band cylindres and services. The J & F Group and STÖHR ARMATUREN complement one another in an excellent way, and under one management the common resources will be even more useful.
