For a worldwide unique test bed for multiple ignitions of rocket propulsions STÖHR ARMATUREN developed and supplied custom-made valves for Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR). These cryogenic valves for liquid hydrogen (-253°C) and liquid oxygen (-183°C) can be installed in any position and allow closing times of less than one second. The valve bodies are manufactured from die-cast raw material and are vacuum insulated.
